Moroes, i'll have your head :)

My first time in Karazhan hasn't gone that much well :/
I've got a whisper for a mage, friend of mine, called Aitken... his guild is raiding Karazhan but they don't have enough lvl70 and some of them haven't the right character... or so he said so he asked me to join them.
My raid experience isn't wonderful because actually i don't like raiding that much but i thought that maybe in Karazhan, since the cap is 10 people, it could be better. I decided to take a look and said "yes, i'll try to help you" :)

We started a bit too late in my opinion because it was one of the first times they tried it so everything slooooooooooooooooooooooowed down. The druid buffed a group but not the other, the paladin used a blessing, then another... then the first blessing again, people kept on saying "we go?". Then we step on the stairs and we wiped :'( A rogue went too close to a mob and aggro him so the mob destroy the little guy then the priest then a mage... and in the end the group explodes ^^
Second start: we cleaned the dancing room and everything has gone almost fine... sometimes the holy priest aggroed too much and died so i didn't know if had to replace him or keep on nuking. I just decided to add Vampiric Embrace and cross my fingers ^^.

Anyway in the end we arrived at the first boss: Moroes. Someone said he is the hardest mob of all the instance. Even if it sounded strange to me i said k and i prepared myself for the fight. The plan was easy: me and the other priest had to shackle the ghost-healers while the others had to kill the melee adds. In the end keeping the healers shackled we had to kill Moroes as soon as we can.

We tried three times and three times we wiped always when he didn't have more than 10% of his health. Usually the wipe was annouced by a garrote on a cloth and the healers didn't heal him fast enough to keep him in the group... then we lost dps... then we died miserably.

If anyone has tried him already can i ask if it is really necessary to keep the healers shackled instead of killing them fast enough to save the mana of the priest and their attention?
I always kept on losing attention at the boss for i had to watch how the healer acted if he was still shackled, everytime Moroes vanished i casted Shackle Undead again even if the spell was only halfway of its effect... not very sure this tactic could work, above all if one of the priest is holy and has to choose to shackle the add to avoid her to heal Moroes or heal the tank who's going to die of an horrible death ^^

Main Tank = Shadow Priest

This video has been done by a priest on my server. His name is Timoxi and he's considered one of the best (if not The Best) enchanting on the Alliance side of Burning Blade.

But he's known also for he's somehow crazy so... here you can see how a priest, the new hybrid class from the TBC release, can tank a big guy called Murmur.

Have fun ^^

The happy warlock

Well well well... once came back from my vacation all my guildmates show me a looooooooooong list of things they wanted to do with me.
So this saturday i've chosen to the the healer in Dire Maul West for the long epic mount quest of the warlock ^^

Once you are lvl 70 usually you concentrate to do instances in Outland to gain reputation and better gear but sometimes if you try one of the old instances you realize how refreshing is to run through mobs make them explode just like pop corns :PP

My friend Bloodykrist took us to Dire Maul West, and once inside we started to clean everything without any break to rest... one pull after the other till we reached the last boss, we killed him and started the sequence for the epic mount and everything gone smoothly till the end.

...and in fact here he is with his brand new horse ^^. I hope i'll get the same help once Lamjang will grow up enough ^^.

Then to change I've gone to Black Morass for the last step of the karazhan quests. I got my key and so i've been able to make a trip even there, in the old tower full of ghosts ^^.
I've never been so happy to be a priest... Mind Vision is a great spell that allows me to visit a place without moving... i jump from mob to mob and i see Moroes and all the naughty bosses here...

Soon I'll post other photos but maybe you'll see me fighting there ^^

Back!

And finally i'm back from vacation. Probably i shouldn't say "finally" since they always last less than i hope but it's ok... i'm ready to go to work again and fly on a gryphon instead of an airplane.

I'll show you the astounding graphic of the new game of my vacations :PP

Here you see the cost called "Mezzaluna" (half moon), in the south west side of the island of Sardegna the place i've gone in vacation ^^. I wasn't able to make any jump from that cliff to see how it was but i'm sure it was beautiful...

...just as the water and the beaches all around this little piece of paradise. Here you see the reflection of the sun into the water. You have to pay attention for the mobs here are dangerous... crabs and fishes who try to crits you >___<' No seriously ^__^ there isn't anything inside the water.... :P

And here the mobs you should be able to find in your journey... the shy hedgehog. This mob doesn't make anything. Just stare at you and shivers. I felt so pity for him that i have taken him and leave him far away from home hoping that he run away.

The sleepy lizard! This small reptile is a relative of the crocolisk only that is always sleepy, maybe since it's very hot its brain has become hot water and you can do everything with it (pull the tail, take it on your hand, push him to run in circle) and it won't escape as a normal lizard should normally do ^^

The mighty puppy!!!! This little dog can crits you with its tenderness... pay attention for there is no plate armor to help you ^^

The island is very hot and it's full or uncommon plants just as this one. This is a wild artichoke. You could eat it if only you were able to take it. Acc... so many thorns.... >___<'

...and here the last photo. A shot of a normal tree. just that since in Sardegna is always windy the trees grows strangely, they reach one meter or one meter and an half in height... then they turn and grow horizontal.

Anyway... nice to be here ^__- next post will be done by Lamthara, again.
